Yes, that web exists, also they have a community https://www.tus-wa.com/groups/WQDB/

Btw, someone should talk with CyberShadow to change the web to the domain worms2d.info, to prevent problems

Apparently Rioter has canceled that domain. There's no match for it in QHOIS database.
