Haha yeah, this scheme emphasizes everything and rewards everything that is wrong with hysteria basically

This scheme will punish you either way since Scale will kill worms if they're all down at 1hp. Even if worms are at full health, scale will empower the one with less worms, so they can now use teleport strategy even more. (more fat worms now)
