We have the technology now to adjust the maximum crate count on a map. The current value is set to 5 but I'd suggest to adjust it down to 1. Why? When it is your turn to get a crate and you fail, the other person won't get 2 crates. Normally a second and third crate will spawn after each fail. I think it could be more fair for the scheme to have 1 crate only.
How to Enable this? There is a setting ''the maximum crate count on a map at once'', this setting can be found in the STAR settings - Gameplay - Directly Under ''Unrestricted Rope''. See attached screenshot.
What's your thought on it?
tbh I'd love to see this in current Roper scheme (TUS Allround league) for it's 95% automatic GG when you fall not getting a crate and your opponent gets 2 crates ae
interesting, but sometimes happens when you get high advantage, but u lost it because of crate unluck (r*pe) xD
I believe this should be implemented and fully support it.
Another great improvement towards balancing out the brutal RnG of Roper.
Never playing Roper but this seems like a good upgrade.
Even though I usually agree with the fact you need to get punished for failing, roper is already high skilled and unforgiving scheme as it is.. It should help out less skilled players and balance the scheme.
I think this proposal is interesting as long as both players agree before the match.
Nice alternative but I think this trash scheme is beyond salvation. I'd rather play some Comet Dodging.
