Title: placing all league rules easy reachable on tus page

Hi Mi, would it be possible to add all anounced rules (here: https://www.tus-wa.com/forums/announcements/) to those (here:  https://www.tus-wa.com/leagues/basic-info/#107) and put a big link on the page? guess it would be helpful for newcomers and it also could avoid complaints like those with we had with coi clan. if it is 2 much work, nvm.
