Title: Wkfkeyrearrange not working

Wkfkeyrearrange does not work. Incompatible with 3.8. Do you have a solution to this?

I'll take a look at this, hopefully by the end of the month.
The way it worked since 3.6.30.0 is no longer compatible with 3.8, so more changes will need to be made.

this might be useless, but it'll help deduct things - can you give us the config file you made?
