Both events are supposed to occur before the end of 2017. Who shall be victorious? Can mild-mannered Vladimir Pantaleev and carrot-top hacker David Ellsworth vanquish pop-sci rocketry megastar goliath Elon Musk to a life of shame and ridicule? Place your bets now.
I'm equally excited for both occasions, so I can't lose either way :).

I voted for WA. But since SpaceX is a fraud could very well be that Falcon Heavy.
-
I would gladly offer financial support to ensure that the game continues to get updated. I can't pledge a lot at this point in my life, but at the very least I could donate something just to show my gratitude.

plz add osu!lazer as well plz

Worms Armageddon 3.8 is just as possible as Team fortress 2s Pyro Update
-
Make your own polls you guys! This has become a bitter and deeply personal rivalry between Elon and Vladimir/Dave now. Call it the great Moldavian space race. They don't care about other video games.. their laser focus sees nothing else.

01/11 update: Both events are delayed but actors remain in a dead heat. The future winner is more unclear than ever.
Falcon Heavy was supposed to do a static 27-engine test fire today but the test was scrubbed due to a small issue with one of the eight launch clamps. The completed rocket has appeared on the launch pad multiple times in vertical fashion https://i.redd.it/owo7wd0yr4901.jpg (https://i.redd.it/owo7wd0yr4901.jpg). Launch date is now expected to be no sooner than Jan 26th but further delays are expected.
WA 3.8 appears to be proceeding nominally. Team 17 has been contacted to initiate their quality testing and release process. Beta builds with near-full functionality are rumored to exist in limited private circulation. Work on additional feature(s) continues whilst Team 17 drags their feet in responding to that initial contact. Release date is unknown at this point but the climate feels right. The forums have been electric with official comments and player speculation the likes of which has not been seen for years.
Both events spring promise to usher the fields of their respective subjects into a new age of higher cadence and accelerated public interest after long periods of stagnation. In this epic arms race of struggle and glory neither party wants to end up with the metaphorical egg on their face. Only time will return spectators' rear ends to their chairs, from where above of which they currently remain suspended.
The poll remains open in light of the continuing developments.... feel free to update your predictions.

Worms Armageddon 3.8 will be first, as unlike SpaceX, Deadcode and Cybershadow know their sh*t.

However, SpaceX could end up cancelling the Falcon Heavy. If that happens, WA 3.8 wins before it is even released.

score one for the falcon heavy, successful launch today

W:A 3.8 is probably just gonna be vaporware in the end. ;P

oh hi SpaceX

Are you kidding me? It is WA 4.x now, not 3.x!

So, the falcon heavy won. Close it down, guys!

Are you kidding me? It is WA 4.x now, not 3.x!
It's not even started, let alone finished! Take it from the horse's mouth. (https://www.tus-wa.com/forums/worms-armageddon/should-they-release-worms-armageddon-v3-8-on-dec-31st-even-if-its-unfinished-31598/msg265658/#msg265658)
