Simple question, but seems like noone asked it.
I'm searching the internet for the information how to deal maximum 100 damage with holy hand grenade, but I can't find the answer anywhere. :(
It would be lovely if someone could demonstrate and explain, or provided a link to some place where somebody did this.
I don't think I've seen it. You mean with fall damage? I don't think the weapon alone can make such damage.
It can technically do at least 97-98, possibly 100 with pixel placement inside of the worm and slightly elevated up in the hitbox. This is virtually impossible in any sort of practical gameplay situation. Could you do it with a setup? Possibly. In a random online game? Never.

Yes, Holy Nade maximum damage is 100.

Put holy granade 1 cm above the worm, exactly above it, not to left and not to right.
