I was play the shopper, and the ROH says just like attached screenshot

KTL is kill the leader alone, not kill the leader and others

and he kick me at the game

is he right?

Personally when I play KTL you can attack others as long as you attack leader in the same turn.

That is how i've always known it to be since 1999, but newer generations of players have twisted rules and unwritten rules as if this entire community is playing chinese whispers.

I know for a fact based on my own experience, that Kill The Leader (KTL), is allowed, even if the leader is piled with the lowest health worm. If the host or anyone else, would get mad if you as a leader would pile their worm, even if it would endanger their participation of the game, then that's their own problem. Though, if anyone would pile a low health worm, it could be seen as a ''dick move'', but that's open to interpretation. Some just want to end the game fast, and some are genuinely not great people.

clan became a person? xD ofcourse u can attack others if they are pilled with leader, you can hit 100dmg to least hp player if leader get 1 hp dmg, it has been like that since ancient 99`  8)
