Hi, I'm here. I never really played league here on TUS, but I've been a "wormer" since 1999 or 2000. I completely stopped playing in 2012 and just returned for some matches every now and then :3

I am ready to comeback when the warmer/rope community is in full swing as well as a reasonable competitive clanner scene develops again. If not, I will see you in the after-life guys. :D
Maybe in the future some of us will meet in a new worms game as good as W:A is. Unlikely but a possibility.

I highly doubt there's ever gonna be a warmer scene again. Most of the good ropers who still play don't care about warming, myself included. (Although I'm taking a break from the game.)
I don't recall seeing a warmer hosted for at least a year, probably. There's people who like to play various types of ropers, as well as TTRR and BigRR but warmers? Not from what I've seen.
I've always personally been the type of person who doesn't see the point in warmers anyway. It's just endless f@#!ing around and no end goal aside from doing some cool trick combo like we're playing Tony Hawk on PS2. I feel like I've seen enough warming to last a lifetime already... but that's just me.

Saltyk9 and I used to play warmers all day everyday. I think we've played about 5 in the last few years.

I've been wanting to play for a while, but I've been sidetracked by some computer hardware issues as well as my other hobbies. All this is cleared up now, though, should only be a week max before I'm back in the swing of things. :-)

Maybe a Worms Armageddon channel on VidLii (as to make it easier to actually see us on the site, due to YouTube's incompetence.)?

yo we should set up a discord or something for warmers, btw skunk3 saying warmers is just f@#!ing around without a goal... but everything creative (movies, music, books, art, skill) is just f@#!ing around without an end goal... so i guess if u follow ur logic, we should just stay in bed 24/7 and never do anything? nothing is more beautiful in this life than creating something, in warmer u r creating new ideas and possibilities everytime u select that ninja rope

I understand what you're saying but after playing the game for a certain amount of time I guess I'm long past the point where I've basically seen the extent of what can be done in a warmer. For me, warmers were literally just to warm up a little bit before playing something else, not to play for an hour. I've never been keen on attempting to do all kinds of tricks, even years and years ago when warmers were super popular. I'd much rather player a roper or rr where there's a clear purpose. The only reason why I even played them back in the day was because all of my friends wanted to play them and I didn't want to be left out. I personally like playing warmers on 150% speed mode because when I go back to playing on normal speed I feel like Neo in the Matrix.
