Where is CWT 2018?

How to join? I pressed Apply and bunch of rules appeared, and then I can't see "I agree rules and terms" button.

Edit: Ah nvm, just found it, simple design button.

CWT is up and running. We got 43 applicants. :) The qualifiers started today.
