Obviously I trump his position, but from co leader to full leader he gets way much privilege. In isolation it only makes sense to promote him and here is why; He is active, he likes ZaR, and he is very experienced player. So why the hell not? I've known him for years, he's a good guy. :)

I can see it now, when Kradie graduates from college or university, applies for his 1st job and on the resume where it says "Previous job experience", it reads:
"CEO of ZaR Inc."
And the person giving the job interview makes the tragically excruciating mistake of asking, "What is ZaR?"
Not only does Kradie not get the job, the person giving the interview just quit as well...
I hope that interview isn't at the top of a high rise building. :o
Meanwhile, blitzed is living life to the max on a beach in Brazil with nino, flaunting his "privileges" of being the COO of ZaR Inc, and in consequence, gets "all the bitches".
