[dt-freee] what if we put 13-14s as turn time, would that even out the playing field a little when it comes to cr8 rape or just make it worse? i mean if u get cr8 rape, it doesnt matter if 13 or 15s but opponent might have it harder to capitalize on cr8 rape advantage
