Twyst #2 - Prepare yourselves!
-
You have standings while limiting the number of players to 8. What if Kory signs up 9th? He can't defend his first place? ???

Every player that doesn't get to semi or further gets 1 point.
No matter how much ppl signed up. Hmm, what are you on about, Senator? :)

Read the description. Only 8 players can enter this tourney.

Maybe your/our definition of eSports differs from that of T17.
They deny the possibility of becoming a major eSport. In the last line they speak of maybe drawing in a few more players for WMD. That's the aim of it all and that's how it's gonna be: keeping those ESL tourneys for WMD in the air; that's about as high as T17 aims, and justly so cause these tourneys never really got more than 10 competitors in.
And WA is down to the same amount of players as WMD atm, so that's chanceless as well.

That's correct Senator, either make time, or don't. ;)

Sen is probably wondering why only small amount of ppl can join if you can easily get 16 if it's gonna be streamed. And also that what you're planning to do for a winner of these tourneys should get many ppl to try and win it.
Limiting to 8 is unnecessary.
EDIT: even on this non twyst tourney, there's 11 ppl registered in first 5 minutes of signups.

I wasn't expecting 16, the reason why is because it's either 8/16/32
Usually there isn't 16 players, but we can try it.
Edit: Perhaps streaming etc is increasing popularity of Hysteria, so yeah, 16, cool :)

Y'all ready for this?
