I believe in honesty not to make anyone feel uncomfortable or offended but just to make the world aware how it makes me feel and why I do the things I do.
So yeah, it's no secret that some of the names on your list are my mortal enemies in this community and they get too emotional and lose control of their temper when they talk to me. There are some people who take things too personally, so yeah, that's not gonna happen lol. We're not looking to have drama on the podcast, so people who are mature enough to stick to logic, who understands reality, and agrees to disagree quickly and move on in the event or actually comfortable and calmly challenge to find mutual truth.
Unfortunately there are some people I don't trust to act maturely enough, which is a shame because I'd actually love to interview them if I could trust them. However, some of the names you've mentioned have already been approached and have confirmed interest! I started asking people about being on the podcast about 2-3 years ago, then StJimmy and I planned to do it, but then yeah Russia Vs Ukraine happened and then StJimmy moved to Kaos League stuff and isn't even involved in the stuff we do on CWA anymore so the Podcast was put on hold for about 2 years.
So yeah, can't express how glad I am Mablak is the superhero who stepped up! And he's an absolute professional who I can absolutely rely on to deliver every time without fail and any time either of us cannot get something done, we're good at handling that. I have the trust that he will let me know ASAP and we can rearrange or whatever, there are literally only a handful of people like that in this community who prioritize this hobby in their spare time. That's another reason certain people would not be picked.
I am very grateful and feel very lucky to be able to do something I genuinely love doing that others enjoy and look forward to.
It is a tremendous shame that Komodo take such position I honestly would say it is quite Immature.
The decision does not come as a surprise though. It is after all favoritism here among privileged people.
He also show he cannot put aside difference and act mature.
Shouldn't such a person like Komodo with such status know better? Rise above the indifference?
You would be surprised how much people have in common if we left big controversial topics aside. Unfortunately some people lack the ability to compartmentalize and instead sit in one tribal camp.
One or five opinion does not define a person.
We are a small community, and as such are we not supposed to unite and set aside our difference? If we did it would benefit WA greatly.
Instead this attitude Komodo show now does not build bridges but instead burn them.

Kradie, when you are doing a LIVE podcast, that people tune in for, there's no time to mess around arguing with each other, people have lives and are waiting.
It's not a debate show, it's a podcast celebrating the GOOD parts of this community, not the worst parts...
You need to understand we are trying to make the community look good, not bad.
I am quite happy to engage with anyone here on these forums because it's a more efficient platform where you can even just go away for 30 seconds, take a deep breath, and come back.
You can't do that on a podcast because it doesn't matter who is wrong or right in those situations we all look stupid for enabling it.
I also don't talk anywhere near as much on streams as I do on forums, you'll notice I try to shut up as much as possible.
I specifically didn't mention names to see who would prove my point, so thanks for falling into the deliberate trap.
If you act like this on a forum, even when I did NOT actually insult you, I literally spoke what is MY perception of the truth, that there are people here who cannot control themselves when challenged, and you literally just proved my point.
That's why YOU will never be on the podcast unless you HAVE proved, not can prove but HAVE proved you can be trusted to co-exist peacefully.
Not to mention, I was replying to someone else, informing them that they won't see ALL those people, but they will eventually see some of them, that was the main point, that was the purpose of saying what I said, not to insult anyone, but to inform THAT ONE PERSON who had a curiosity, of some future plans.

Kradie, even though we don't get along, I will still always value you and respect you for the good things we relate on.

Lol, it's funny to see how much Kradie bothers about this podcast.
Any interview program or podcast works like this: you have a team of people who work together and decide and send invitations to some people, the ones that reply and say yes are interviewed, sometimes with a little more conversation before confirming the interview.
Kradie never did anything for this community except for himself. If he created a community, a server or "kept roper alive" as some people say, it was never thinking on the community, or roper, this was something that might had occurred indirectly. Kradie supports the extreme right and supports the individualistic aspects only, because that is what the wild capitalism is all about. Micro vision, self vision, nothing as a whole, no society or collective view of human beings. No genuine altruistic help to others.
So, for me it's so simple, you can simply make a stream and start interviewing people yourself. You can do this with all community members, including Komodo, myself, Kaleu, KRD and many other people that I know that you love in this community.
But, no you will not do this, because you prefer to criticize the work of others, because all you think it's about yourself anyway, because you probably want to be interviewed.
The truth is, it actually hurts me that I cannot ask Sensei to come on the podcast because we have this beef.
And I don't have any ill-feelings towards him whatsoever, but I believe if he came on he would use that as an opportunity to take subtle jabs at me like he does on these forums.
And me, the way I was raised, is never to start fights but to defend myself, so if he comes on, he'll say something, I'll say something one of us might get annoyed and now we've shared that ridiculous negativity with people who were watching.
I don't want to take that risk right now. Though I truly wish we could all have our differences and behave in moderation in certain places.
On the stream, I aim to show the very best of our community so that we can maybe show other people how amazing this game is... It's always important to make good first impressions, and since that's live...
Now, it's all about balance and moderation... If someone actually looks into my life they will see more good than bad, if their first impression is me arguing with Kradie or Sensei over some stupid rule, from their perspective. We are literally arguing about something completely alien to them...
But, people who have been part of WA as a whole, know that I try to do more good than bad, I am always trying to help people, be part of teams who win championships together, I give prizes, I create other environments for others to share more specific interests...
If your first impression of me is arguing about something they don't even understand, they why would they want to continue to explore that new world? It's dangerous for a living being to approach another living being without any kind of assessment.
Think of it this way, when you are streaming live, that literally has the potential for the ENTIRE WORLD to see, live, as in, as if you are right there... I don't want anyone's first impression of me to be some idiot screaming about something that makes no sense to them...
But on these forums, if you have reached this stage on your journey of the worms universe, you will already have a somewhat understanding of gaming communities always have drama, that's life... So it's more acceptable...
Even though we're MUCH better at co-existing, we will always find problems, then ways to co-exist again.
Trust me though, I love you all, without you this entire universe of Worms Armageddon wouldn't be as fun as it is, even the bad people, without the bad people the rest wouldn't find ways to eleminate bad things and keep the good... Just like evolution and how organisms evolved by learning how to co-exist.
I understand that it's ok to fall out sometimes, because it's just our way of trying to learn how to co-exist together, you can't learn if you run away, you have to push through the discomfort.
And I know, through being part of this game for over 25 years, all of you are WAAAAAY more good than bad, and that's why you have my respect in general, but not ALL the time.
This is moderation.
Here on WA, I've always been passionate about connecting people through discussions about ZaR and Global Warming. I believe fostering these conversations is valuable. It's definitely rewarding to see people connect over shared interests, wouldn't you agree?
Of course, everyone has their own opinions, and that's perfectly okay. While we might not always see eye to eye, understanding different perspectives can be enriching. Perhaps we can focus on areas where we find common ground.
Regarding Komodo's podcast, I apologize if my previous criticism came across as harsh. His work is definitely important. It's sparked curiosity and interest in these topics, which is great. I truly respect the effort people like Komodo and Sensei put in, and I appreciate their contributions.

Great episode. Those vector graphics really impressed me. The quality of the graphics even without zooming seem way better than they are now. I never thought this could be really a reality in WA. I thought we'd never experience such a thing. Amazing!!!
I liked the feature that will reduce the imput lag, this is important because I've seen many people complaining about this and I experience some laggy problems while roping sometimes, mainly playing BRR.
That thing "weapon randomizer" or whatever it is was a surprise. I would never expect this from WA devs, honestly. Mainly because it is not a priority thing I'd say, but also because I always thought that some PX stuff like new weapons were never really considered from my experience reading public posts regarding future plans for the game. I liked to see that thing because that brings hope to see crazy new features and weapons, gameplay possibilities and new scheme features to the game. Although, I don't like so much if it is completely random. It would be great if scheme makers could choose each possibility to implement strategically to a scheme.
There was one more feature that I didn't understand well, or didn't pay enough attention, I might check it later.
Walk for Weapons, eh? That was a surprise too. And also that CyberShadow started with WWP.
I was working during the time of the interview, but if I was watching, I would surely make some questions.
