Sensei:
Penguin, 3.8 should also fix framedrops when using d3wnd9 module. So everyone who streams will have ability to use game capture with vsync enabled.
It also should fix win10 anomalies with the game. Lots of ppl experiencing problems.

There are probably bunch of other minor tweaks. One i saw, for example, is changing game name in lobby so you don't need to rehost anymore.

Or a simple option in the game lobby where the host can set spectator colours as well, then those spectators can look at the weapons of that team.

Always wanted that feature :D
