Challenge maps:
Scheme File(s): scheme TrickraceInfLG

Description:
Finish this giant Trick Race as quickly as possible by completing all the marked tricks before moving on. In each trick the rope must attach to whatever points on the walls are marked with the same colour as that trick. Time is measured in the total round time, so feel free to crash as much as you like, it'll only cost you as much time as it actually delays you. Start at the start (near the bottom left of the map), and surrender when you finish the last trick and touch the finish (top left).

As some bonus incentives, anyone that beats an hour in this challenge will get their name listed on the map, and the winner will have their replay listed with the map (assuming that's what they want).

Replays of how to do the tricks can be found here:

https://www.tus-wa.com/files/file-46/ (first section)
https://www.tus-wa.com/files/file-44/ (second section)
https://www.tus-wa.com/files/file-45/ (third section)

You'll need low gravity in the scheme for 1 trick in this challenge.

Good luck.

It's like Dub claiming the only true warming style is being Usain Bolt of rope and doing repetitive tricks. ;)

Lmao stumbled upon this!

There is no such thing as an easy kick or an easy pump. There are no safe or unsafe or poorly executed  kicks and pumps. The fact is that there are only kicks and pumps. Either properly or improperly executed. Though I through up in my mouth many times as I struggled to watch some replays I didn't see many kicks or pumps.

We can distinguish safe, unsafe or poorly exetuced tricks. Making them at top speed guarantees a higher risk of failing it while recuding the speed increases its accomplishment. Simple as that for me. Kick will be a kick (or any other trick) whether it's done fast or slowly. It's up to you only, Dub, if you don't approve the other way.

There is no such thing as a slow kick . . . . That isn't a kick!

And definition of every trick is '... and remember to do it as fast as possible!'? Nope, spike will be defined as 'swing on rope and bounce off the ceiling to go vertically down'. If you want to do it at top speed, go ahead, but any execution other than that will still be a spike.

But surely, you wouldn't call this a triple kick even though I hit the roof 3 times?

I like your discussion, I tried to answer similar questions long time ago, but then gave up, because no1 was really interested... For example, spike can be done with different speed and angles (not vertically straight) and it will be called spike anyway. Same with kick. Kick is just a wall/roof touch, you kick your worm and it flies... And it's probably the simplest trick... What about other 100+ tricks? ;D

No, it's not. You are describing a change in direction. That is not a trick nor a kick. Where are you getting your information from? A kick is performed by holding both the up and right or left arrow key until the the worm hits the ceiling and you press space. That is the trick and only that is a kick.

First turn is a kick. Second turn is not.

I wouldn't call it a triple kick DarkOne, you're right. People will always have different level of tolerance in such cases. It's a very thin line here and for this case I'm also taking into account map's length and that other players have done similarly. For that principle we would have to delete every record not meeting subjective requirements if so.

Same with spike? I wouldn't like to discuss tricks here especially with you dub, nothing personal I love you and you know xD

why nonentity and desetroyah did on second fluffy map "kick fly" instead of "fly"?
