Description:
🏆💵 **Asghans Worms 1v1 Tournament : 💵 **🏆

**Summary:  **

On December 9, 2023, starting at 10 am (France GMT), the Worms Armageddon 1v1 tournament in intermediate mode without modifications will begin.

I will cast the tournament on https://www.twitch.tv/asghans

Depending on the number of participants, the tournament will either be a single-elimination or double-elimination bracket.

The winner will receive €100 via PayPal.

There is no registration fee, and everyone is free to participate.

When the announcement is made on Discord, people who want to participate should:

- Write in the channel below or join the discord ⬇️ with the username they want to use.
- Read the rules.

**Rules:  :-X

- The tournament can be either single-elimination or double-elimination based on the number of participants.
- Team names, flags, graves, worm names, etc., and usernames must comply with Twitch's general conditions and the rules of the Discord server

- Matches will be played as best of three (BO3).
- In case of disconnection, the game will be re-hosted with the number of worms remaining in each team.
- The first two maps will be randomly selected. Once both players are in the lobby, the host will change to the next map, and they will play on it, except for maps with a "Cave" or "roof" type. The last map will be selected in the same manner, with a "Cave" or "roof" type.
- At the end of each match, both participants must report the scores.
- No glitches or bugs are allowed.
- It is prohibited to modify the intermediate package, except for the special weapon.

**Explanations, Details, Clarifications, and Pre-Broadcast:  :-\

- If you have any questions, feel free to ask below.
- Beginners are welcome to participate, but it may be a challenging experience.
- The tournament bracket will be generated live on Challonge.
- Registrations will close on December 8 at 8 pm.
- In case of issues between the two players, a moderator will make a decision or, if not available, a admin will.

Yo ! I understand you've mentioned getting more participants, but as I mentioned earlier, this is for my stream, and I don't want to be restricted to streaming only when people are ready to play.

I truly appreciate how helpful and kind the community is!

However, I'll continue with this approach, and if people don't show up at times, it's unfortunate for me. Nevertheless, the winner will still receive the €100 prize, even if only 5 people join the tournament.

I hope this doesn't hurt anyone's feelings, but I prefer sticking to what I initially stated. It's easier for me to organize the tournament this way.
