You cannot host an open Cup unless you are a Cup moderator, which you are not yet.

You can request a public cup, though. That's how I hosted my LGRR cup (before I became a general mod)
I'm not able to change this into a public cup, though, MI will have to do that
(either that or I close this cup and you request a public cup)
