It's not even about the insults, or I would've given him a warning/forum ban as well. And I know piki is too mature to be even slightly bothered by it.
Moderators shouldn't show favouritism. But if you look at the things he says (even tries to hide it by saying it in polish) you can see that if he can make a decision to favour people he likes or rule against people he hates, he wouldn't hesitate to do it. The minimum requirement for hosting a cup is being a fair mod. He doesn't even try to be fair.

Then replace him and reopen the cup please
