I watched about 2 minutes before deciding it looks fake and sad lol

i don't think its fake, even tho he is acting like a mother f@#!er in that video. when u hav a  disorder like tourette's syndrome, some of them are acting crazy X: i don't blame them. hell im acting like crazy because i havn't had work for month ):

Of course tourettes guy is fake. It's nothing like real tourettes, He's just popular because of the insane stuff he does. The shop scene is real and is done infront of the public.
