A soundbank based off the let's player raocow.

There DID already exist a couple of raocow soundbanks but one of them is overtly terrible (Bad quality chipmunk) and one of them used raocow's old and bad microphone. His general audio quality has improved vastly since then and so the new pack needed to be made. Enjoy!
