obscure, if you're in AG, you can type "irc [message]" and your [message] will appear on the #worms channel.
KRD is usually idling there, but a message that has "KRD" in it will beep him.

since im long back from holiday and i was active and 1st in 3rd season and krd is nowhere to be seen, i can take his place and play oby in finals

I sent KRD a PM on mIRC:

"Well anyway, everyone has been trying to contact you to get your playoff games done, obscure is fed up waiting, everyone else is waiting, even Season 4 is further ahead than Season 3 lol, so anyway, if you don't get around to playing obscure by Sunday, wormf00d will replace your position, nothing personal, I hope you understand, but it shouldn't take over a month and a half to do 1-2 hours worth of games."

So, if KRD hasn't started his games with obscure by the end of Saturday night, you will take his place.

I am pretty sure you only forfeited because you thought it would be finished by now and it isn't really fair that this has happened, so it's only fair you get a chance to reclaim your position.
