Back to the chatbox scroll problem

I pasted an image into the mm chatbox some time ago, and now the problem with vertical scroll became annoying again :< Here is the video (choose 720p):

Can you please scroll down after the page is fully loaded and maybe + a little delay, I dunno

Maybe a good solution would be to invert a message order, like in the shoutbox? It would look more logical maybe since it is also a shoutbox

P.S. The browser is Chrome, last version.
