I can't reproduce this error. My files get submitted. How many times did you try?

around 4 -5 times
click submit > are you sure > yes > Uploading ( 100%) > loading > the error message pop up and the file I selected is gone

Edit: It's fixed. Also fixed your file, you don't need to upload that.
