It was an attemt that only failed because the opposing party became suspicious.

There is a rule on tus that states:

Noone may use alias and ask for league games under alias or claim one's Cup or Tourney game under alias. Getting caught with aliasing results banning (at the moderators discretion).

Therefore I'm instantly removing taner from the cup by replacing with the next in line on the waiting list.

I can't be sure in WormGamer's case. Whether it was in fact a mutual agreement, since no evidence is presented. Sadly, WormGamer lacks decent English knowledge too.
