Cups are on hold now. It means there aren't any available at the moment. It will start some time later. When it has started you will know. So forget the cups for now.

You can always play a league game and submit it.

I've coded for cups A LOT! and It is near to be finished.
It is a new system and non-forum based.

I'm finishing leagues v1.8 and cups v1.0 together.  Hopefully v1.8 will ease our league life for sometime so that I can get to other parts faster.
