Well, you nvr rly know if someone will stay active after a return.. But you take a chance, and hope for the best.. Forinstance, i took a chance inviting barman to mm shortly after his return.. Not only is he active, bit imo one of the current top 5 all aroinders...
And statik was just a russian spy sent to tus to uncode rr challenges, took a chance with him that he would benefit the clan and keep improving, he has.. I think twiz will do the same..
