Since you haven't played any other Bng since then, RaW's rating change is correct. That's why I'd leave the game as it is, unless other mods think differently.

hmm why are there rules if no1 follows... rules says game must be reported within 1 hour...and also  game vs BAN is not in 1 hour :S

Nenad, try using your brain: games must be reported within an hour for a reason. This reason is that one's opponent can play another game and if that game is reported before the previous, different points will be given. In this case, no other game was reported before.
