Apologies for the lack of response, Husk sir!
We had a discussion about what to do with this game and decided that properly functioning hardware is your own responsibility. While personally, I would gladly replay the game in this kind of situation, your opponent would still be in his right to report a win, just as he would if you suddenly had to leave or were disconnected and nowhere to be found.
If Komo wants to replay the game, that's fine, but as it is now, the game stands.
My sincere apologies for us not posting this in the previous complaint thread.
