These sentences tell us nothing about what your problem is regarding this game - AHK? secondary account? steroid abuse? What? Even after franz asked you to be more specific, you refuse to be and just act like you're the victim here (and call someone a cheater without even bothering to explain your reasons for that).
I looked at the replay, didn't see any hints of AHK. x-speed is something you would've noticed during the game. The second turn, your opponent obviously started f@#!ing around, because he knew his time wouldn't be good enough. If that is a reason to suspect someone of cheating, there's going to be a long list of players we need to check...

Again: be more specific about what your actual complaint is. We have better things to do than try to read between the lines when handling complaints.

What he means is that this guy is TOO GOOD for a player  who just started to play worms (he claims to be new, and I myself never seen him), his last turn was very perfect comparated to those 2 turns before, is not that hard to understand.

Just because this account is new on TUS doesn't mean he's new to WA.
Yes, his last turn was much better than the ones before. Did you also notice he took less risk in that last turn?
