I sent him pm, also wrote in game comments, then, i was waiting in AG for noone to show up at the same time the game was played for few days. will that do? Please delete the game already, it makes very little sense to carry this on

Then no, not deleting the game yet.
One of the conditions for deleting the game was a public arrangement of the game: "I'll be in AG on [...]day at [...] o'clock. The other was proof that he's avoiding.
If I send you a PM saying "I'm in AG now" while you're offline, that wouldn't be fair towards you either if I then claim your free win should be deleted.

If you arrange the game (and give him ample time to read the message, so not "I'll be in AG in one hour") and he doesn't reply and doesn't show up, then we'll talk.
