Refusing to play the opponents pick is against the rules and will result in several penalties, such as getting banned from the league or so. Check the rules of the league first, then claim your right. Moreover, you won't reach anything by acting as a king and telling that Hysteria is a noob scheme, you lost so you had better go and train your skills instead of messing up our forum. And insulting your opponent by any mean IS against the rules.
