If that's your question, your history of games playeds and the points you gain/lost in every season will still be shown in your league profile.

MonkeyIsland:
If by whole points, you mean overall, yes resetting affects that. Only previous seasons info will be kept. The rest will be removed. (if you reset current season, then that will be removed as well)
