Kaos should be removed if plans for TKL take place, it needs a permanent league for itself. I think the rotated league should stay for classic league schemes, especially seeing as most people playing Kaos on TUS already ask for that specific scheme when they look to play it.

well creating a new league usually takes some time, so why should kaos be removed from the trl list?.
a trl season would be a great test for an upcoming tus kaos league. there also would be more time to coordinate th whole stuff, like sharing opinions with the people who actually organize the kaos league.
