I could do it, but I need someone good using photoshop to make 2 big images (chat background and main background)... im not good using graphic desing softwares

Sure, but my skins folder (theweathsnooper/qss) is a mess right now... let me organize all the files and ill upload it later

Some notes:
1- To install it just copy the "skin" folder (do not change the name of the folder) and qss file to xxxxxx/The Weath Snooper/qss folder...
2- This add a new skin,  it does not replace any other skin previously installed
3- I use as text scheme "OpenCoffee-by-Zemke" with "nickformat" edited as R: 0 G: 170 B: 0
