You need to wash out the protein called DeltaFosB that triggers addiction related brainchanges. It sits there in your brain and accumulates, and is hard to get rid of it, it's the number one reason for cravings. You'll rationalize to use porn like a drug junkie!

ANO

I use porn to stimulate my creativity. I am aware that for me it's very good. I couldn't renounce, it's my muse.

A healthy sex life is natural, whether it's proper sex or masturbation, it feels great either way, I understand you aren't primitive but so many primitive idiots who shun sex and I cba with them...

I mean, i'd maybe do it if we were raising money for cancer awareness or domestic abuse or something, but doing it for the reasons said in this thread seems a bit weird.

I notice you said "possible benefits", because it's mostly about a persons mentality, whatever they believe to feel/think, that's what they will feel/think in most cases, not saying there aren't benefits, but there are also benefits to a very active sex life too.

Again, nothing against sex or masturbation. I'm talking about excessive use of porn. Another reason for this challenge is give a chance for youngsters like me to rewire the brain to the real deal. Virgins are welcomed!  ::)

If you don't resonate with the message, you don't have any problem. But imagine that porn is water and fish is you. If I ask you about what do you think about water, what would your reaction be like?  ??? One has to just give a try. But it might be difficult. This thread is mostly fit for <25 years old fellows.

I suddenly decided to make some twist to the challenge, so maybe more participants arrive:

If you fail the challenge, you must inform about it here or via PM (I will mark you like this) (3rd place)
You can also go fap without porn and continue with the challenge, but I will mark you like this (continue NoPorn for the rest of the challenge) (2nd place)
Those who successfully completed the challenge will be marked like this (1st place)

MonkeyIsland

ANO. Please do not post adult content.
Due to massive misunderstandings: MonkeyIsland refers to an island not a monkey. I would be a monkey, if my name was IslandMonkey meaning a monkey who is or lives on an island. MonkeyIsland is an island which is related to monkeys. Also there's been a legend around saying MonkeyIsland is a game. So please, think of me as an island or a game.

im just curious, how you want to proof if someone does or does not watch porn, sounds like a pretty stupid challenge.

This challenge is more about being honest with yourself first. It doesn't make sense to lie to yourself. There is no actual prize here. My aim here is to bring up some awareness about effects of porn. If you slip up and don't report, you'll still have some NoFap experience under your belt. For those who successfully completed the challenge, I would be glad to hear their reports about how it changed their perception.
