Just some videos on the bag, features 360 Jumping back kick (have done on someone before lmao) and the other is intense heart rate training with some nice combos. These are old Full Contact Olympic style moves I learnt when i was young. Did 7 years training, I have now moved to MMA *UFC style* Muay Thai and BJJ * Brazilian Ju Jitsu*. Been doing 1 year.

Keep in mind I was stoned out off my brain doing this lol.

I will battle you straight up drago, i boxed silver gloves when i was younger. i have no ground game, but i did some brazilian jitsu last year. great videos, you are way more advanced than i. and welcome to the site, we got to play some more soon.

Haha walrus I would love to. My Training was Tournament, then Street then boxing. I got a second place state champion ship in 2005 and a first in 2008 ;O. But yea we should

Jumping Turning kick = Tornado kick
