I participated in the beta for Rumble and while it's not my cup of tea, it's not a bad game. It definitely isn't Worms though; and that's why people are so pissed off by it. Rumble, at its core, is just a mindless arena action game played in 2D that will probably be entertaining for a lot of people. Some of the mechanics are very confusing at first. I won't be buying it unless it goes on sale very cheap and is shown to have an active player base.

Dec 30 2013 23:59:44 <StepS> windowed mode isn't the only thing you need about frontend
Dec 30 2013 23:59:49 <StepS> you need it to be actually bigger
Dec 31 2013 00:00:13 <StepS> it actually is very small on my 15-inch full HD screen
Dec 31 2013 00:00:25 <StepS> while running at 640x480 or stretched mode makes it fuzzy
Dec 31 2013 00:00:44 <StepS> this problem has been around since the Worms Armageddon's release and no one has even tried to beat it

Believe me or not: at first I was disappointed about Worms Rumble for hopping a normal Worms game with new speechs...
But then after watching some videos about customization I discover that the good new speechs are available in this particular spin-off and I going crazily happy about it.

Very disappointed in T17  :(

Agree with you, I'm disappointed as well in T17.

I bought a copy of Worms Rumble from g2a for like $2.50.

I played it once for about 45 minutes and uninstalled it lol

i feel like this game is basically the old-school quake but 2d, the worms themselves are of course a marketing scheme, just like any other worms game from wwp onwards

I think I'd be enjoying Rumble a lot more if it weren't for the camera positioning. It feels like it's positioned more to show off the backdrop than it is to show the actual play area.
