help playing own scheme

i am new playing WA. i am trying to find some info on how to load my own scheme using hostingbuddy.
can someone help me?

Then host something with Hostingbuddy. Let's say your scheme's ID is 9555. To load your scheme, you would just type " !wsdb 9555 " and it'll load it.

Will it work if I don't set the scheme to 'Public'?
