Some Questions so Shopper Schemes

Hey, I'm new at aditing own Schemes and I have some problems.
I made an own scheme ( https://www.tus-wa.com/schemes/scheme-1439/ ) but when I try to play, the rope isn't as long it is in regular shopper games and worms can just do 1 swing with a rope. How can I fix this?

However, I guess it's because you didn't set its power setting to 5 stars (which allows unlimited shots).
