Help, please?

I'm running the latest version of WA, but it has no sound and it crashes when I try to play. How can I fix this? I tried reinstalling, but it doesn't work.

You gotta provide more information about your computer. What is your OS? What is the version number of W:A?

are you using Steam? If so, please verify your game cache, perhaps some file got broken: some other guy had this problem before.
If nothing helps please do a dxdiag (Win+R -> dxdiag -> Save all information) and attach it here. If you're using an Asus Xonar soundcard, let us know here.
Also attach ERRORLOG.TXT and CRASH.DMP from the crash.

I'm guessing this is from DirectX, since it worked fine before I installed the latest version of DirectX.

You probably use a crack (BlackPill) and it can't find files from CD (DATA Folder for exactly). Copy this folder to ROOT Directory of wa.exe, it should fix error
