Hello, I am translating the Dreamcast version into Spanish, I have almost done almost everything, but I still have to edit the language selection flag and I can't find a way to open these sprites
The files are named as .SPR
Here is an example of the file

FR01.rar


In total there are 6, and I need how to extract them and be able to edit them
