Right click on wa.exe / compatibility / disable fullscreen optimizations.

Get used to it. Win10 will be the cause of laggs/freezes/tearings/drops in 8/10 games.

Fixed mine by using d3d9wnd module with fullscreen alternative on. Sensi's Fox cause unplayable lags for me.

For some reason installing rubberworm fixed my issues. Can't use d3d9wnd module now without it messing up frontend, but that ok because i was only using it to fix the black/white screen issues.

Downgrade to Windows 8.1, as I haven't upgraded my PC's OS to another major version since I bought it, and it's 4 and a half years old (still younger than the latest Worms Armageddon update).
