Hey guys, I came here to share an idea I had today by chance.

Since clanners are no longer active enough to close playoffs.

To keep something in the team/squad
What about if we did a 'mix'.

Make 2x2 playoffs, based on draws or singles positions. These players would not need to be from the same clan and could play together against another duo.

I believe it would be a way to bring activity, since clanners rarely close playoffs, and when they do they are always the same clans.

What do you think?

So what's your idea? Minimum 8 players needed to make it happen I guess?

PO#1 PO#2 vs PO#7 PO#8
PO#3 PO#4 vs PO#5 PO6

Yes, 8.

#1 and #8 vs #5 and #6
#2 and #7 vs #3 and #4

Or whatever... it's irrelevant

I think this is a bad idea.

To increase activity the community needs to all come together and agree one master league. The sandbox environment of WA has lead to its own destruction of competitive play. I know there's loads of factors like growing up etc why people don't play.. but certainly the massive amount of scheme options and other leagues has resulted in a split community of loads of micro leagues like kaos and ONL.

To get clanner activity back, the single leagues needs to be good to get people back to playing and naturally clans will come back.

Fix the leagues and community should be the goal.

I think it's a good idea, a new dynamic for the playoffs, obviously this shouldn't remove the clanners or the traditional 1v1 form, it would just be an extra and optional playoff, I would like to have the chance to play with a different person, it would be unprecedented and unexpected the results. The only challenge is to reach the target of 8 qualified PO players.
