is "walk on the roof" allowed in t17?

because we played a game against DoH , and in sd time , dibz went up to the roof , and i told him " its not allowed" cos i think it is not allowed , is it?
 he attcked us , and after he teleported to his old hide ...

well , anyways , the question is if walk on the roof is allowed

we agreed that if it is allowed , we will rm the game , if not , we (TaG) won , cos he killed himself xD but not cos of the "walk on the roof" thing , he shot a zook xD with bl

i havent reported yet , cos of this doubt

so i hope u guys dont count this like a late report if this is not allowed

- No going on the roof. If a player goes on the roof the game either needs to be retarted or void (victims choice) if a player wins a game because of roofing the victim gets the win.
