Option to see which topics we follow (and receive notification)

It would be nice to have an option to see the threads we follow and that we enabled the option to receive notifications of new replies.

This link shows all the topics you have replied to: (if they have new posts)

On top-right of each topic there's a "notify" link.

Yes, I have several threads where I checked this option. Is there any place where I see a list of all the threads where I've checked this option? That way I could uncheck those I don't want to follow anymore.

It must be in your profile page. "Notification" section. Probably this should work:
