How do you submitt schemes here to tus ?

I want to submitt a wO ctf scheme ( modified with inf drill N blowtorch ) To tus but i can't find any way to do so.

Does anybody know how to submitt schemes ? I have a download link in my cup to it. But i want it to be the default scheme you download when you klick on the book =?
