replays from phone

Hi, I was wondering if there's a program or something
That by using it we can download and watch the replays
Throught the phone or android....

Well, replays just don't work like videos: only actions are recorded, and it's up to WA to play those actions again.

So sadly no, you can't get a replay viewer for phones, because you need the WA engine.
