how to make your own flag?

hi i'm kinda new in this site but i played worms armageddon for almost a year,
i wanna make my own flags but idk what program to use..  can anyone help me?

easiest way is to open a flag from the flag folder in paint program....


then just edit it to your liking.... and save it in that same folder...

should then be in w:a.. gg
