Wheat Snooper Flag problem

I installed Wheat Snooper, everything went perfect. I changed my flag to a US flag, it did work. But when I joined a game, my flag turned back to my normal flag, how do I fix this?

The flag wheat snooper shows is only for when you are in channels. For lobby, the system gets the flag from your windows regional settings.

Goto Control Panel => Region and language settings => change location to US.
